You Handle Everything —

Except How You’re Really Feeling

Helping high achievers and those facing addiction

reconnect with themselves and others.

You’re managing it all —

but at what cost?

On the outside, you're meeting deadlines, fulfilling responsibilities, and supporting those around you. Yet, inside, you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, and exhausted. Your relationships feel strained, and even rest doesn't provide relief. You know something needs to change, but you're unsure where to begin or if you have the time to focus on yourself.

There is hope for a different way of

living and connecting.

Through therapy, we can work together to understand the patterns that are contributing to your stress, repair strained relationships, overcome burnout, and rediscover a sense of happiness and fulfillment. It is possible to make things better, step by step.

Real change begins when you give yourself permission to slow down and look inward.

You’ve Achieved So Much —

But Something Still Feels Off

You've followed the rules, hit your goals, and built a life that should feel fulfilling. Yet, there's a quiet restlessness underneath it all — a sense that you're disconnected from who you really are or from the people closest to you. You find yourself overthinking, second-guessing, or feeling emotionally distant, even when things are "fine." You're not falling apart — but you're not at peace either.

If these words resonate with you,

know that you're not alone and

change is possible.

What You Can Expect in Therapy

Therapy with me is collaborative, grounded, and tailored to you. I draw from approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you recognize and shift patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I also integrate mindfulness and self-compassion practices to support you in slowing down and reconnecting with yourself — especially when life feels overwhelming.

If you're struggling with addiction, burnout, or relationship pain, we’ll work gently but intentionally to explore the root causes, build new coping tools, and create lasting change. My style is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and real. We'll move at your pace, together.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
